And it beautifully describes the unforgettable pendant lamp that has just been added to Flos' ever-growing and ever-impressive portfolio. Skynest is indeed braided - in more ways than one. The cords that make up the transparent and almost weightless form are braided across - but the cords and light sources themselves are in braided textile.

Design Marcel Wanders for Flos Concept The Zeppelin 1 pendant is a lovely and sculptural lamp designed by Michael Wanders. The lamp has an inner steel structure coated with a special kind of resin that helps create its unique cocoon-like structure. There is a crystal globe at the bottom of the lamp, which helps create a sparkling, well-distributed light. The Zeppelin pendant is available in two sizes, both of which are well-suited for use in larger rooms like halls or grand living rooms.
